Operational Efficiency

Chaos is Expensive. Order is Profitable.

By Eduardo Roldan & Luisa S. Avalos, PMP

Complexity is the silent tax on scale. We map your real process (not the org chart), agree on a target state with your team, and design the change so it sticks — documented, automated where it makes sense, and owned by a named lead.

Fix My Workflows

Process Engineering is the practice of designing, implementing, and optimizing business workflows to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs.

We use a 5-Step Implementation Framework to ensure that every tech solution we build is grounded in your team's actual daily operations.

Process Engineering

  • SOP Creation

Turning "tribal knowledge" into step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures.

  • Journey Mapping

Visualizing the entire client lifecycle to identify friction points.

Frequently Asked

Questions buyers actually ask

How is process improvement different from generic consulting? +
We do not deliver a slide deck and leave. Every engagement ends with a documented target-state process, a working automation or template where useful, and a change owner inside your team who has bought in.
Do you implement the changes or just document them? +
Both, where it makes sense. Document-only is the cheaper engagement; full implementation includes building the supporting automations, dashboards or internal tools needed to make the new process easier than the old one.
How long does a process engagement take? +
A single workflow runs 4–6 weeks. A multi-team operating model project runs 8–14 weeks.
Do you train our team? +
Yes. Training and handoff are part of every engagement: live working sessions, recorded SOPs, and 30/60/90-day check-ins to make sure adoption holds.
Can you build the automation that comes out of the process work? +
Yes — that is the bridge to our AI Automation and App Development services. Often a single contract covers process design plus the build needed to support it.
Who leads process work at ESR? +
Luisa S. Avalos, PMP. She has spent her career inside the gap between what teams say they do and what actually happens, and leads every process engagement personally.
