Intelligent Automation

Stop Trading Time for Data Entry.

By Eduardo Roldan & Luisa S. Avalos, PMP

Knowledge workers spend roughly 60% of their week on “work about work” — coordinating, switching tools, chasing updates — per Asana’s 2024 Anatomy of Work Index. We build autonomous AI agents that take that overhead off your plate: qualifying leads, processing invoices, and syncing your systems while your team focuses on real work.

Start Automating Now

AI Automation is the use of artificial intelligence—specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents—to perform complex, repetitive tasks without human intervention.

At ESR Solutions, we build agents that handle lead qualification, data extraction, and customer support, allowing your team to focus on high-value strategy.

What We Build

  • Lead Nurturing Agents

AI that texts and emails leads instantly, qualifies them, and books meetings on your calendar.

  • Document Intelligence

Automatically extract data from PDFs, invoices, and contracts and sync it to your ERP.

  • Cross-Platform Sync

Connect your disparate tools (Salesforce, QuickBooks, Slack) into one unified workflow.

"We used to spend 2 hours a day just copy-pasting data. Now it happens instantly. The system paid for itself in 3 weeks."

Frequently Asked

Questions buyers actually ask

What is an AI agent? +
An AI agent is a software program capable of perceiving its environment, reasoning about tasks, and taking actions to achieve specific goals — for example, answering customer emails, qualifying inbound leads, or updating a CRM without human intervention.
How much time can AI automation actually save? +
ESR clients typically reclaim 15–25 hours per week per role after automating repetitive back-office work. Largest gains come from CRM data entry, lead routing, invoice/PO processing, and weekly reporting.
How long does it take to deploy an AI automation? +
A scoped pilot ships in 4–6 weeks: 1 week of discovery and process mapping, 2–3 weeks of build and integration, and 1–2 weeks of supervised rollout and refinement.
Which platforms and tools do you build on? +
We work platform-agnostic. Typical builds use HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, n8n, Make, Airtable, Notion and custom code where needed. For the AI layer we use Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, and open-source LLMs depending on the data sensitivity and budget.
Do we own the automation after you build it? +
Yes. All custom code, prompts, workflows and documentation are transferred to your accounts on delivery. We can stay on retainer for changes and monitoring, but you are never locked in.
Can AI automation integrate with our existing CRM? +
Yes. We integrate with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, GoHighLevel, and most CRMs that expose an API or webhooks. For systems without an API we use scheduled imports and structured email parsing.

“Automation isn't about replacing people; it's about reclaiming their time. I've spent two decades building systems that bridge the gap between complex code and practical business growth.”

“Automation only sticks when the underlying process is sound. I sit with your team to map who does what, where the bottlenecks really live, and which steps a system should actually take over.”
